* Our picnic packages are based on daytime hours whereby our clients provide the location ~ please chat with us if you need help scoping out the perfect spot for your event. Additional charges may apply depending on location.
* If you would like your picnic after 7:00pm a minimum of $150 after hours set up/take down fee applies (depending on the size of the package & location). Our latest take down time is 9:00pm unless otherwise agreed upon booking.
* All our furnishings, including linens, cushions/rugs, decor, table settings/stemware, boards and flower arrangements are on a loan basis. Any lost or damaged items will incur a fee based on market value of the item.
